It is a great product. It has a hybrid drive system SSD and HDD, the windows will be installed on SSD. The processor along with the SSD makes it very fast to do daily tasks and some heavy task like opening multiple browsing tabs (I have tried up to 30 and had no problem whatsoever). MS Excel and word is running smooth with no problem. Overall it is a nice product to have if you are not a hardcore gamer. Setting up the laptop is easy, and, in the HDD, you will get all the drivers which can be used as back up in case you need to repair or reinstall any driver. Battery life is great (around 5 hrs with medium use and 4 hrs with heavy use).

Note: It has genuine windows and MS office all you have to do is make an account on Microsoft for using MS office which is quite easy.

If you do t want finger print sensor and thunderbolt connector, then it’s the best laptop at this price range (i5 gen 10)
